One day course – 10.30 AM - 5 PM.

The 3-Day and One day course is only for those who have completed at least one 10 Day Vipassana Meditation course as taught by Shri SN Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin.

Children’s course – Held on Saturday or Sunday from 9.30 AM - 3 PM as per availibility of hall. Usually Children courses are held on the concluding day of a 10day course.

The same form will show the date of the course in the week prior to the course.

The children's course is open to all children having completed 10 years and till 16 years.
