The 10 Day residential Vipassana Mediation Course for all starts in the evening of a Wednesday and ends at 6.30 AM on the 11th day which is usually a Sunday.

The 3 Day residential Vipassana Mediation Course for those who have done a 10 Day course, starts in the evening of a Thursday and ends on Sunday evening at 4.30 pm.

The 1 Day Course for those who have done a 10 Day residential Vipassana meditation course is on Saturdays and Sundays and starts at 10.30 AM uptil 5 pm.
